Who am I?
My name is Eivydas Navašinskas, and I'm a Strength & Conditioning coach.
Just like you, I played and still play basketball, I dealt with injuries (Jumper's knee, Ankle sprain, low back pain, more knee pain), and googled all the "best exercises to jump higher". Unsatisfied with the results and answers, I dedicated my life to learning all the "secrets" of athleticism.
Now I help basketball players to enhance their athletic performance while staying pain and injury free!
What I Do?
I provide individually tailored, practice-based, and science-informed performance coaching that will help you to:
Improve explosive power and vertical jump
Get faster and more agile on the court
Become stronger and more muscular
Reach higher levels of conditioning
Prevent injuries and rehab those that are limiting you
How it works?
Step 1: You book a free performance assesment
I will carry out a number of tests to establish your current strengths and weaknesses. Training can be different for everyone, even if the goal is the same. It's going to depend on your age, gender, training age, natural strengths, weaknesses, and so on.
Step 2: Program writing
After gathering information from your assessments, it's time to start writing a performance plan. Together with you, we're going to come up with a plan, that's going to fit your short and long-term goals, available training schedule, strengths and weaknesses, recovery abilities, and anything that might be an important consideration.
Step 3: Training, monitoring, retesting
It's time to work hard and smart. The best training program is useless if it's not executed properly. We will employ several training monitoring techniques, to manage your training workloads, to ensure that you're working hard, but not too much, and that you're risking getting injured or experiencing performance downfall. We will regularly retest your performance to see if the program is working and is getting you closer to your goals.

Small Group Training
You'll work through the individualized program created for you, alongside a group of 2-4 athletes.
1-1 Personal Training
One-to-one training provides complete undivided attention during training sessions and ensures no running, jumping, or lifting technique errors are missed.
In-person
Hybrid Training
You'll get an individualized program and for the most time, you're going to train on your own. We'll meet up once or twice a month for questions, assessments, and technique adjustments.
Online Training
If you don't require a coach to be present with you during your workouts, and you only need an effective program, support, and accountability, then Online Coaching is a perfect match for you.

I combine the art and the science of sports preparation. I use various sports technology (vertical jump contact grid, electronic speed timing, barbell velocity tracking, heart rate monitor) to provide individualized training to ensure the quickest and most effective results.
My sporting background is basketball. I can relate to the majority of your goals and struggles that you're facing.
