If one on one is not your thing, and if you work harder and feel more motivated as part of a group and want to make huge savings on personal training costs, then a small group training is for you.
You'll work through the individualized program created for you, alongside a group of 2-4 athletes. This is NOT a workout of the day that everyone follows every single athlete who will work with his/her program.

One-on-one coaching is ideal for you if you need a more personal approach to your training and nutrition.
One-to-one training provides complete undivided attention during training sessions and ensures that no running, jumping, or lifting technique error is missed.

You'll get an individualized program and for the most time, you're going to train on your own. We'll meet up once or twice a month for questions, assessments, and technique adjustments

How it will work?
Step 1: Performance assessment
Before we start training, I will carry out a number of tests to establish your current strengths and weaknesses. We will use some fancy tech to do that.
Training can be different for everyone, even if the goal is the same. It's going to depend on your age, gender, training age, natural strengths, weaknesses, and so on. Here are possible tests that we might use:
Body composition
Mobility and Flexibility
Sprint speed profile
Change of Direction Speed
Vertical Jump profiling
Eccentric Utilization Ratio
Force-Velocity Profile
Reactive Strength Index
Muscular Strength and Endurance
Aerobic and Anaerobic conditioning profile
Step 2: Program writing
After gathering information from your assessments, it's time to start writing a performance plan. Together with you, we're going to come up with a plan, that's going to fit your short and long-term goals, available training schedule, strengths and weaknesses, recovery abilities, and anything that might be an important consideration. When the plan is set, it's time to work!
Step 3: Training, monitoring, retesting
It's time to work hard and smart. The best training program is useless if it's not executed properly. We will employ several training monitoring techniques, to manage your training workloads, to ensure that you're working hard, but not too much, and that you're risking getting injured or experiencing performance downfall. We will regularly retest your performance to see if the program is working and is getting you closer to your goals.
